About This Opportunity
FHI 360 Ghana is recruiting a Senior Monitoring, Evaluation and Learning (MEL) Officer to lead data collection, analysis, reporting, and learning activities across their health and development programmes. MEL roles are among the most in-demand positions in the international development sector — they are the backbone of how NGOs prove and improve their impact. This senior position is for experienced MEL professionals ready to take on programme-level responsibility within one of the world's most respected international development organisations.
Eligibility Requirements
- Degree in Public Health, Statistics, Social Sciences, or a related field (Master's preferred for senior level)
- Significant experience in monitoring and evaluation within NGO, health, or development programmes
- Proficiency in data management tools and statistical software (SPSS, Stata, DHIS2, or similar)
- Experience designing and implementing MEL frameworks and data collection systems
- Strong report writing and presentation skills for donor and programme audiences
