A leading hospitality establishment in Abuja, Nigeria is urgently recruiting an experienced General Manager to oversee hotel operations, guest experience, team management, and overall business performance. The opportunity is open to qualified candidates from Ghana who are willing to relocate to Abuja.

Eligibility Requirements

  • Minimum of 4–6 years of hospitality management experience
  • At least 2 years of experience in a leadership or managerial role
  • Experience in boutique, lifestyle, or independently operated hotels is strongly preferred
  • Strong people management, leadership, and team-building skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
  • Familiarity with hotel management systems and operational reporting

  • Must be based in Abuja or willing to relocate
