About This Opportunity

GWO SEVO Solutions Ghana Ltd is a commercial growth and customer intelligence company that brings acquisition, conversion, customer experience, data and digital influence together. It is hiring confident, energetic, results-driven Digital Marketing Agents for its Contact Center team in La, Accra.

Successful candidates will engage assigned leads through outbound calls, social media and other digital channels, promote products and convert customer interest into sales. The role is full-time, with an on-site and remote work arrangement.

What You Will Do

  • Contact assigned leads and existing customers through outbound calls
  • Engage customers through WhatsApp, social media and other approved digital channels
  • Promote assigned products, services and campaigns
  • Qualify leads and recommend suitable products, explaining features and benefits
  • Handle objections and guide customers toward a purchase decision
  • Follow up with interested prospects and incomplete transactions
  • Record customer interactions, follow-ups and sales outcomes accurately
  • Meet daily, weekly and monthly call, conversion and revenue targets

Eligibility Requirements

  • Strong telephone communication, persuasion and sales skills
  • Confidence making outbound calls and engaging customers online
  • Ability to create interest, overcome objections and close sales
  • Target-driven and resilient, comfortable in a contact-center environment
  • Fluency in English (proficiency in a Ghanaian language is an advantage)
  • Experience in telesales, contact-center sales, digital marketing, social selling or customer acquisition is an advantage
