This is a hands-on management role covering safe fuel operations, staff supervision, stock management, customer service, and sales activities. The role suits experienced candidates with a business or management degree who are ready to take on full operational responsibility for a station.
Eligibility Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Marketing, Procurement, or a related field (minimum Second Class Lower)
- Four guarantors required
- Strong leadership, organisational, and communication skills
- Good customer service and conflict-resolution abilities
- Basic financial management and stock-control experience
- Knowledge of health, safety, and environmental compliance standards
- Basic computer literacy
